Hoping many will catch on and some homes can saved

knowing It's Much better for them in a safe home or bed.

Connections for the homeless may like you to hear

Some things their clients went and accomplished last year:

Some visited the shelter for a warm place to rest

A good nights sleep so they could  give the next day their best

Some folks picked out food and many others grabbed clothes

To stay warm and nourished from their heads to their their feet

With support, some built plans to get off the street

Setting reasonable goals they all work hard to meet

Some folks were supported when things felt so astray

Others filed key papers linked to beaurocracy.

Some were provided money to help pay the rent

For a month or two because all other monies were spent

Some learned to how to budget so they could finally afford

A loving home for their family on their own accord

So as Holidays pass - please remember this rhyme
